1. About CliniqMatch

CliniqMatch is a software platform operated by CliniqMatch Ltd (Cliniq Match Limited, company number 17402324). We provide clinic automation — enquiry capture, patient contact, booking integration, reminders and follow-up — for GMC-registered and GDC-registered clinic partners across the United Kingdom.

For patients, we also offer a free enquiry service via cliniqmatch.co.uk to help individuals find suitable clinic partners. We are not a medical provider, we do not provide medical advice, and we do not perform any medical procedures.

2. Our service

CliniqMatch provides the following free service to patients:

• Matching patients to the nearest suitable GMC-registered clinic based on procedure interest, budget and postcode
• Facilitating a free consultation booking between the patient and the matched clinic
• Sending SMS and email communications related to the enquiry and booking

Our service is completely free of charge to patients at all times. We are compensated by our clinic partners.

3. Medical disclaimer

CliniqMatch does not provide medical advice. Nothing on our website or in our communications should be construed as medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified GMC-registered surgeon.

We do not guarantee any specific medical outcomes from procedures booked through our service. Results from cosmetic surgery procedures vary between individuals.

4. Clinic partners (patients)

All clinic partners listed on CliniqMatch are independently operated businesses. We vet our partners to ensure they are GMC-registered and CQC-regulated, however we are not responsible for the actions, advice, or outcomes of any clinic partner.

Any contract for medical services is between you and the clinic directly. CliniqMatch is not a party to that contract.

5. Clinic partner platform terms

This section applies to cosmetic surgery and dental aesthetic clinics that subscribe to the CliniqMatch platform. If you are a patient, this section does not apply to you.

• Month 1 (free): No platform fee is charged.
• Month 2 (paid): Your first platform fee of £800/month is charged.
• Minimum commitment: Month 1 and month 2 together are the minimum commitment.
• After month 2: Your agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
• Traffic: Clinics drive patients to their tracked partner link via their own marketing channels. The platform fee covers automation and infrastructure only.

6. Your responsibilities

By using our service you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in the quiz form
• Be genuinely interested in a cosmetic surgery consultation
• Attend or cancel any consultation bookings with reasonable notice
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of liability

CliniqMatch is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our matching service, any consultation or procedure you undertake with a clinic partner, or any inaccuracy in information provided by clinic partners.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to £0 as our service is provided free of charge.

8. Intellectual property

All content on cliniqmatch.co.uk including text, design, code, and branding is owned by CliniqMatch and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at cliniqmatch.co.uk/terms.html.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Contact
